Summary:
- Location: Orthopaedic Surgery-Spine Center, 400 Parnassus Ave., A2300, SF, CA 94143
- Hours: M-F 0800-1630, no weekends
- Duration: 9 weeks with extensions possible (covering LOA)
- Perform front desk duties including checking in patients.
- Submit prior authorizations and schedule surgeries.
- Provide necessary administrative support for the providers' team.
- At least 1 year of experience working front desk, checking in patients, submitting prior authorization, scheduling surgeries, and providing admin support for provider's teams.
- Must be APeX trained.
- Enthusiastic to learn with attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Professional phone manners and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
