AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Benefits Advisor to help individuals and families understand insurance protection options that can support their financial well-being. In this role, you will meet with prospective clients virtually, identify their needs, and provide clear information about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments

• Complete needs-based client reviews

• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options

• Answer client questions and provide clear, professional guidance

• Follow up promptly and maintain strong client relationships

• Keep accurate records of client communication

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings
