Account Representative - SoCal USA

Job Objective : MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high‑quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for an Account Representative for Semiconductor sales who is based in Southern California. Training would be provided. What you will do Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design‑win’s and increase account penetration Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers Research and develop new customers and new business segments Develop account strategy and execute business plan Effectively handle customers' issue Meet sales budget (booking/Billing) Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel What you will bring Education Background/ Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors Experience (Must): You ideally have practical working experience in semiconductor industry OR 0‑2 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry Knowledge (Ideal): Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.) Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products Abilities/Qualities: Proficient in using office software Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP Skills/Certifications: Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills Market and customer communication skills Why Join MCC Be part of a forward‑thinking team shaping the future of semiconductor technology Competitive compensation package, including bonuses Professional development opportunities and continuous learning Collaborative work environment with passionate colleagues #J-18808-Ljbffr Mccsemi
