We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to support and enhance our human resources operations. In this role, you will manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive employee experience and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and employment regulations. This is a fully remote position requiring strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
- Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS management
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in performance management processes, including reviews and feedback cycles
- Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data to support decision-making
- 3-6+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience in remote workforce management
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies
