Job Summary Hotel Shuttle Driver – a crucial role in welcoming and transporting guests throughout their stay. Responsibilities Provide warm, memorable welcomes to guests as they arrive and throughout their stay. Assist with vehicle boarding, opening doors, and handling luggage. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for hotel amenities and local attractions. Offer recommendations for nearby restaurants, activities, and points of interest. Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the shuttle, reporting any issues to management. Assist guests in arranging alternative transportation when needed. Collaborate with lobby attendants to keep the entrance area organized and ensure each guest experiences personalized service. Qualifications Minimum one year in a customer‑service role with extensive guest interaction; hospitality experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with no infractions. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent verbal communication and an outgoing, engaging personality. Comfortable standing and running to retrieve vehicles throughout a full shift. Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
