Shipping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and warehouse management systems. You will be responsible for managing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities Package small and large parts into crates/boxes for shipment. Secure pumps and parts to skid for shipment. Build custom crates and skids for shipping purposes. Keep a clean and organized work area. Gather weights and dimensions of each shipment after it is packaged. Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks. Check parts for quality and accuracy. Must be able to use a chop saw and table saw safely and effectively. Must be able to use tools such as an overhead crane, nail and staple gun Experience Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with a focus on shipping functions. Basic math skills are required for inventory management tasks. Experience with packaging, order fulfillment, and packing processes is highly desirable.
