NOW HIRING: Construction Project Manager

Location: ServPro (Scranton & Surrounding Markets)

Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + Lucrative Reconstruction Project Commission Package ($100,000 - $110,000k first year)

What You’ll Do:

• 
  Manage all reconstruction projects from kickoff through final completion
  



• 
  Partner with our Construction Estimators to execute full scopes of work already sold
  



• 
  Coordinate schedules, resources, materials, and documentation to ensure projects run on time and on budget
  



• 
  Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontractors to perform various trades (carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, etc.)
  



• 
  Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets ServPro and client standards
  



• 
  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the rebuild phase
  



• 
  Resolve job site challenges quickly and professionally
  



• 
  Communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless project transitions

Who We’re Looking For:

• 
  Experience in residential and/or commercial construction project management
  



• 
  Strong knowledge of trades, building codes, and reconstruction best practices
  



• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  



• 
  Experience managing subcontractors and job site logistics
  



• 
  Ability to read scopes, blueprints, and project specifications
  



• 
  Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and customer-focused
  



• 
  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bonus Points For:

• 
  Previous experience in restoration/reconstruction (insurance claim-based work a huge plus)
  



• 
  Familiarity with Xactimate and estimating software
  



• 
  Strong local subcontractor network

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + Benefits + Commission Package ($100,000 - $110,000 first year)
