Dispatcher / Alarm Monitor / CCTV Operator

Walden Security - - Responsibilities: Operate and monitor CCTV systems, intrusion detection systems, fire alarms, duress alarms, and radio communications at Control Centers; Dispatch Protective Service Officers in response to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations, and maintain constant communication with field supervisors and officers; Acknowledge alarms within 30 seconds and initiate appropriate response actions within defined timelines; Maintain 24-hour duty logs and accurate records of all system activity, dispatches, and incidents; Provide real-time reporting to the COR or designee and communicate with first responders and emergency personnel when directed
