Job Title: Senior Project Manager/ Business AnalystLocation: New York, NY- Hybrid- 3 days onsiteType:- Long term contractRate:- $75/hr -$90/hr - W2 ONLYKey ResponsibilitiesProject Management and DeliveryManage multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through executionBuild and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, action trackers, and status reports. Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisionsCoordinate work across business, data, engineering, finance, risk, credit, and operations teams. Follow up with owners and proactively remove blockersKeep projects moving when priorities, scope, or requirements changeProvide clear updates to stakeholders and leadershipBusiness Analysis and RequirementsPartner with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needsGather, document, and organize business and technical requirementsTranslate business needs into clear deliverables for data engineering teamsHelp define project scope when the work is not fully structuredDocument workflows, processes, data requirements, and expected outcomesSupport the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and project materialsAsk the right questions to identify gaps, risks, and dependenciesData Analysis and Technical CollaborationWork directly with data and engineering teams supporting Metis and related data productsUse SQL to query and analyze data before presenting findings to project or business stakeholdersDevelop a practical understanding of data sources, data flows, data quality, and reporting requirementsReview data issues and help determine the appropriate business or technical responseParticipate in initiatives involving security data, client data, finance data, market data, performance data, governance, and master data managementLearn new platforms, tools, and processes as project needs evolveReporting and AI EnablementUse Jira to manage work, track progress, and maintain project visibilityProduce reporting and communication materials for different stakeholder groupsUse AI tools to accelerate project reporting, documentation, analysis, requirements development, and stakeholder communicationIdentify opportunities to improve how the team manages information and delivers work Required QualificationsExperience managing technology, data, or enterprise business initiativesStrong hands on Project Management experienceStrong working knowledge of JiraExperience gathering and documenting requirementsAbility to work with technical teams, including data engineering or software engineering groupsPractical SQL experience and the ability to perform basic data analysisExperience within financial services or another complex data driven environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsEstimated Min Rate: $52.50Estimated Max Rate: $75.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
