Dietary Service Manager

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the dietary department, including meal preparations, service, sanitation, and staffing
- Ensure residents receive nutritious meals that meet physicians' orders, dietary restrictions, and individualized care plans
- Supervise, coach, and support dietary team members to promote quality service and teamwork
- Manage food ordering, inventory, budgeting, and cost controls to ensure efficient department operations.
- Collaborate with department teams to support resident nutritional needs and satisfaction.
- Documented completion of State-approved Food Services Supervisor Course.
- Certified Food Protection Manager and ServSafe® Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
- Willingness to complete training in Food, Safety, Sanitation and Modified Diets.
- Experience in a healthcare dietary setting a plus!
