Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting therapy sessions with couples and families, fostering an environment of trust and openness. \n
- Providing individual therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients, addressing interpersonal dynamics and personal challenges. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties. \n
- Documenting treatment progress and outcomes through client notes and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. \n
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop treatment plans that align with patient goals and therapy progress. \n
- Participating in regular training and supervision meetings to promote continuous professional development and clinical excellence. \n
You will work with a diverse patient population, focusing on:

- Couples experiencing relationship challenges, including those adjusting to separation or divorce. \n
- Individuals dealing with trauma, job stress, mental health concerns, and blended family dynamics. \n
- Children and adolescents needing support through family transitions and personal challenges. \n
This role allows you to make a tangible impact on the lives of your clients, guiding them towards healthier relationships and improving their overall mental health.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A valid and active state LMFT license. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
While recently licensed candidates are welcome to apply, the following experiences are preferred:

- Experience in providing therapy to families, couples, and individuals in various settings. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to conduct remote therapy sessions effectively. \n
- Participated in training focused on evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an extensive benefits package that includes:
