Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare provider.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
