Are you an experienced Injection Mold Technician looking for a stable opportunity with room for growth?

What We're Looking For:

✔ Injection molding experience

✔ Machine setup/startup experience

✔ Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule

Preferred Experience:

✔ Mold changes (pulling and setting molds)

✔ Troubleshooting molding processes and equipment

✔ Blueprint reading

✔ GMP or cleanroom manufacturing environments

✔ Robotics, automation, TPM, or Lean manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, start up, and operate injection molding equipment

• Perform mold changes and load machine process parameters

• Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met

• Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues

• Support robotic and automated systems during operation

• Conduct inspections and complete production documentation

• Perform TPM activities and maintain 5S standards

• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
