What You'll Do as a MIG Welder

You'll be responsible for producing high-quality welds on material handling and safety products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Set up welding fixtures and assemble parts using tools and tape measures
Perform MIG welding on beams, braces, and connectors
Complete tack welds, full welds, and touch-ups to quality standards
Adjust wire feed, heat, and gas flow to meet job specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Successfully pass a hands-on welding test

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Previous MIG welding experience or formal training
Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
Strong attendance and dependable work ethic
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship
Ability to pass a welding test
