Maintenance Associate - 2nd shift 3PM-11PM

Job Title
Maintain and repair factory equipment and other industrial machinery
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment when there is a problem Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components Perform tests to make sure that the machine is running smoothly Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications
Required Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma plus equivalent experience, or 2 year associate's degree in industrial maintenance or related field

Manual dexterity Mechanical skills Troubleshooting skills
Decision-Making and Organization Impact
Responsible for personal and others' Health and Safety Machine downtime can cause missed shipments to customers
Reporting Relationships
This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Working Conditions
Plant floor Overtime of varying levels may be required with this position Periodic travel may be required to help with issues at other locations
