Pediatrix & Obstetrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated OB/OBGYN Hospitalist to join our well-established community-based obstetric program at Honor Health Shea Scottsdale. In this dynamic, high-acuity environment, you will provide 100% inpatient, 24/7 in-house obstetric care alongside an established, supportive physician team. Practice Info Community-based obstetric program at Honor Health Shea Scottsdale 100% inpatient focus with no outpatient clinic responsibilities High-acuity environment with Level III NICU support and 6,000 annual deliveries Established 8-physician team with 2 physicians on at all times Responsibilities Provide 24/7, in-house obstetric care Manage OB ED, unassigned patients, and community OB support Assist with cesarean deliveries as needed Collaborate closely with nursing staff, anesthesia, neonatology, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, timely, high-quality care Compensation Competitive compensation package Sign-on bonuses Relocation Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA and HSAs 401k plan Employee Stock Purchase Program Shift & Schedule Work a minimum of just 6, 24-hour, shifts per month Qualifications Board Certified OB/GYN Previous OB Hospitalist Experience Preferred Ability to obtain AZ medical licensure
