Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Supply Chain Finance Supplier Sales Associate within Trade and Working Capital, you will be instrumental in supporting the North America Supply Chain Finance business. Your role will involve close collaboration with Program Managers and you will be assigned a portfolio of programs to promote enrollment activity. You will be part of the Supply Chain Finance Supplier Sales team, tasked with actively marketing the early payment solution to suppliers, engaging with the buyer organization, and managing the supply chain finance programs within the region. Our global clients are increasingly focused on the effectiveness of Trade Finance providers in delivering and executing solutions that aid in the support of their businesses and working capital objectives. Your role will also involve enhancing the client experience through a continual review of end-to-end process improvement, tools, and organizational structure to determine what we need to do to make it easier to acquire, onboard, and serve clients.Trade & Working Capital (T&WC) is a division of J.P. Leveraging one of the worlds largest Trade Finance investor networks, we scale funding to support this growing asset class on a global basis.Job responsibilities:Deliver a superior client experience while driving program ramp to achieve revenue growth for the Global Trade businessDesign and execute a supplier enrollment/sales strategy and calling plan for each respective assigned programLeverage the JPMC Commercial & Middle Market banking network to drive supplier engagement by collaborating with Relationship Managers and Coverage BankersPartner with the program manager for each respective program to provide relevant insights into program growth, supplier participation patterns, and other observed trendsManage ongoing strategic supplier relationships, identifying and solutioning any issues or risksAssist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial agreementsTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier engagement and program successWork closely with counterparts in other regions to coordinate activities that involve multi-regional engagementFacilitate requests and inquiries with cross functional partners in Client Service, Operations, Contracts Management, Product, and othersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all supplier-related activities, escalating accordingly within the Risk and Control frameworkSupport the execution of several critical in-flight technology initiatives designed around improving our efficiency and effectiveness of the supplier sales processRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 3+ years of experience in Sales, Client Service, Portfolio Management support or Operations with 2+ years in an active client facing roleExcellent communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProject management and attention to detailPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: College degree level educationUnderstanding of internal systems preferredTrade Finance knowledge not a requirement but desire to learn about the business a mustBackground in commercial finance, knowledgeable in working capital solutions and fundamentals
