Senior QA Automation Engineer

ComResource is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Write automation test scripts using an object-oriented Ruby Cucumber/Cypress framework for multiple applications, including web-based, web services, and database.
- Contribute to extending the existing test automation framework.
- Execute tests as needed throughout projects, analyze and report test results.
- Identify and track defects through their lifecycle.
- Provide progress and metrics on test execution and defects to the project team.
- Provide leadership while contributing to team and company objectives.
- Follow team and company standards and contribute to refining and improving processes and procedures.
- Define and maintain test data.
Essentials:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in API testing.
- Experience working in Jira and Confluence.
Desired:
- Deep understanding of all components and functionality of the system and framework.
- Knowledge of credit card operations, banking, financial, loyalty rewards, and credit card regulatory environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based APIs and applications, and mainframe application testing using SOAP UI.
