Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Obtain and document vital signs as directed. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Accurately document care and services provided. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support resident needs. Requirements Active CNA certification. Ability to work in Wisconsin. Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable attendance and commitment to completing the 12-week assignment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
