The Senior Field Service Technician will provide technical and logistical support for Komline‑Sanderson customers and their supplied systems and equipment. Roles and Responsibilities Perform start up tasks such as mechanical and electrical checks, equipment verification, and proper installation ready for operation Record appropriate initial operations data while performing equipment optimization and tests Provide field drawing mark‑ups to Designers for "as built" drawing revisions Lead and coordinate start‑up efforts from product lines and outside vendors to ensure system compliance within the scope of the customer’s performance criteria Lead contractors and other onsite personnel to coordinate activities and inspect work‑in‑progress Implement operational requirements to ensure success during equipment trials and review specifications with the customer to ensure equipment compliance Implement job specific preventive and corrective maintenance programs Produce accurate progress reports and site reviews for the Project Manager and Customer Representative, developing and maintaining punch lists to track outstanding items and deficiencies for project completion Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians Provide continuous improvement feedback to engineering department Qualifications 10+ years of previous field service experience Knowledge of process equipment control panels, motor starters, AC/DC drives, and instrumentation 7+ years' experience with programmable controllers and operator interface terminals 7+ years’ experience working with mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Suite Collaborate with others and working in a team environment Travel up to 70% to customer sites Available for 3-6 months of training at our facility in Peapack, New Jersey Equal Opportunity Statement: Komline is an EEO Employer- M/F/Vets/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr Komline Sanderson
