AI Scheduler

About the Role

Bring real-world construction project management judgment to an AI-powered 4D scheduling product that combines 3D models with project timelines and planning data. You will work closely with product and engineering, helping shape tools that reflect how complex construction projects are planned and delivered.

What You'll Do

• Help design and build scheduling capabilities based on real construction planning and execution practices.

• Apply general contracting project management experience to product and engineering decisions.

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings in your day-to-day work.

• Partner with engineers on technical and AI-related work without needing to write code.

• Work in person with the team in San Francisco approximately one week each month.

What We're Looking For

• 8 to 12 or more years of construction project management experience at general contractors.

• Experience managing multiple complex projects across the United States, with responsibility for both planning and execution, including managing project managers or projects end to end.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.

• A civil engineering or construction management background is helpful.

• Technical curiosity and interest in AI; prior experience using or building AI systems is not required.

• Based in the United States, with experience beyond purely field execution or planning-only roles.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Location

Hybrid, with the primary location in San Francisco, California. The role requires in-person collaboration approximately one week per month.
