Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) from August 3, 2026, through May 20, 2027. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote student participation in classroom routines with a focus on fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, and self-care
• Adapt tasks and environments to address student needs and promote inclusion
• Conduct diagnostic and evaluative assessments following best practices
• Deliver thorough and clear reports summarizing assessment findings and recommendations
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP objectives and accommodations as part of a collaborative team
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members to discuss progress and strategies
• Contribute to a supportive, solutions-oriented school culture

Desired Qualifications:

• Current or eligible Illinois state licensure in occupational therapy
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Eagerness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills
