- Beach Front Property Management – Leasing Specialist (Long Beach, South Bay & Orange County)
- 100% Commission: Percentage of Signed Lease ; TBD at Interview
- Earning potential: Depends on Performance and High-end Apartment availability
- Exclusive properties located in the South Bay, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes.
- Paid per executed Lease with no hourly base; work at your own time.
- Flexible schedule for licensed leasing or real estate agents.
- Independent contract (1099)
