We are looking for an ambitious Insurance Producer to grow their career with our thriving, family-owned agency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate new personal lines business leads, conduct active prospecting, and meet annualized sales targets in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
• Develop trust and long-term client relationships by understanding individuals' and families' unique risks, assets, and coverage objectives.
• Utilize tools, dedicated support team, and systems to streamline workflow, manage pipeline activity, and optimize selling time.
• Stay informed on personal lines market conditions, policy developments, and coverage options to develop creative solutions and maximize access to a broad portfolio of leading, highly-rated insurance carriers.
• Work alongside a dedicated full-service account management team that handles policy service and detail work so you can focus on advising clients, selling, and expanding your book.

Requirements:

• Experienced Sales Producer: Proven track record of generating new personal lines business, meeting goals, and building a successful book of business.
• Equity- & Results-Driven: Driven to build something you own, maximize current earnings, and grow long-term residual income and value.
• Relationship-Focused Advisor: Strong ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and serve as a knowledgeable advisor to personal lines clients.
• Adaptable & Resourceful: Proactive, initiative-taking, and skilled at networking, community engagement, and identifying referral opportunities.
• Deep understanding of personal insurance coverage options, market conditions, and industry trends to deliver competitive client solutions.
• P&C License Required
