Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid - In-Person Assessments / Remote Supervision)

Job Type: Part-Time (15-25 hours/week) or Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (Based on experience) + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Virginia. In this role, you will deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the clinical direction and supervision of a Clinical BCBA.

This position offers exceptional flexibility (flexible scheduling with remote supervision capabilities) while serving minors with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities across Central and Southern Virginia.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and construct individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to pediatric/minor client needs.

• Program Implementation & Monitoring: Design, implement, and analyze client data to evaluate progress and make real-time program adjustments.

• Clinical Supervision: Provide remote and on-site clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct-care staff.

• Family & Team Collaboration: Conduct regular caregiver training and collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to maintain treatment consistency across home, school, and community environments.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (progress reports, assessment summaries, treatment notes) in compliance with organizational policies, Virginia state regulations, and BACB ethical guidelines.

• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) credential.

• Licensure: Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine (or active eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to start date).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-certification BCBA experience required. (New graduates will not be considered for this role).

• Patient Population: Demonstrated experience working with minors/pediatric populations diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental delays.

• Travel: Willingness to conduct required in-person client assessments in the local Central/Southern Virginia area.
