This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and become a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to managing a Federal Stakeholder Outreach and Performance Management program (this is not an IT program). This position provides a hybrid work environment requiring in-office participation 1 day per week. Duties and Responsibilities Program Manager shall provide senior-level technical and management support for all Contract activities and shall serve as the primary interface and point of contact with client on program issues.Possess comprehensive, in-depth technical expertise and experience with quantitative and qualitative program evaluation designs, methods, and approaches.Oversee the financial and administrative aspects of the contract requirements.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Currently hold, or able to obtain and maintain, DHS fitness determinationMinimum of 7 years' work experience in program evaluationMaster’s or PhD in a relevant field (statistics or social sciences)Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:Program EvaluationData CollectionPerformance MeasurementCost/Risk Tradeoff AnalysisDemonstrated project management abilityStrong oral and written communication skills.
