What you'll do:Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing.Architect and implement cloud-native distributed systems integrating AI agents and model-driven design to enhance product capabilities.Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing architectural standards and promoting engineering excellence.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics.Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and system performance.What you'll bring:Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling.Proven ability to drive full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.Expertise in designing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.Strong technical judgment with a focus on architectural decision-making and long-term system evolution.Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team architectural standards.Proficiency in applying model-driven design and leveraging AI agents to enhance development velocity.Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
