Overview We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients with challenging disorders or recovering from surgery, illness, or accidents. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy in patients' homes or care facilities. The practitioner will evaluate patient progress and adjust plans as needed, practicing independently within an interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications & Skills Minimum one-year speech language pathology experience or successful completion of probationary period as a rehab intern. Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in the relevant state. Valid driver’s license required outside the borough of Manhattan. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans. Deliver personalized therapy and monitor patient progress. Respond to evolving patient needs with appropriate plan adjustments.
