Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Progressive Care

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Progressive Care unit located in San Antonio, TX. This role involves providing evidence-based cardiac care to adult patients who require close observation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Administer telemetry monitoring and titrate cardiac medications as needed.
• Support patients during their recovery following procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in cardiac care is preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
