About the Role

As a Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors and individuals who need additional support in their homes. Every client is different, which means every day brings an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

You’ll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life while building genuine relationships along the way.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed

• Providing medication reminders

• Assisting with walking, transfers, and mobility

• Performing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment

• Assisting with errands, appointments, and community outings

• Providing transportation when applicable

• Supporting clients with activities of daily living

• Following each client's individualized care plan

• Communicating important changes or concerns to the office

• Providing care with patience, dignity, and respect

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for caregivers who are:

• Reliable and punctual

• Professional and respectful

• Comfortable communicating with clients, families, and management

• Able to follow care plans and instructions

• Dependable and willing to work as part of a team

• Physically capable of safely performing caregiver duties

• Committed to providing quality care—not just completing a shift

Qualifications & Requirements

One of the following is preferred/required:

• CNA or HHA certification preferred , OR

• At least 1,000 hours of caregiving experience , including approximately 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses

Exceptions may be considered for:

• Newly licensed CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs

• Individuals with significant family caregiving experience

• Applicants providing companionship and housekeeping services only

Additional requirements include:

• Current TB test

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle if transporting clients

• Ability to pass a national criminal background check and drug screening

• Ability to meet applicable state and federal requirements for this safety-sensitive position
