Director of Nursing RN

About the Role: Project New Generation LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead and elevate our clinical care team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities: Oversee all nursing operations, clinical staff, and day-to-day patient care delivery Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and best practices Recruit, train, mentor, and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality care standards Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives Manage nursing department budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation Requirements: Active RN license in the state of Arizona (required) Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree (MSN) preferred Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership or management experience Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinical best practices Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing nursing teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and care coordination About Us: Project New Generation LLC is a committed healthcare organization based in Glendale, AZ, dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the communities we serve.
