IT Support Specialist

Innovairre is seeking an IT Support Specialist for weekend 12-hour shifts (5 a.m.–5 p.m. or 5 p.m.–5 a.m.) supporting data-driven fundraising platforms for nonprofit clients. You will monitor systems, resolve incidents, manage tickets, and ensure uptime for donor communication and analytics tools. Responsibilities include basic database queries, troubleshooting integrations, escalating complex issues, and updating documentation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain SLAs, improve processes, and support secure, reliable campaign execution in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
