What’s a typical day as a Hacoba Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products according to established specifications.
• Assisting with equipment setup and quality control inspections.
• Cleaning equipment as needed and reporting maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.
• Preparing accurate records and documentation related to work in progress and production.
• Selecting appropriate bobbins and materials, assigning lot numbers, and loading machines.
• Verifying tension of hacoba line and strokes; preparing identification labels for lot tracking.
• Mixing chemicals for rack washing and managing wash/rinse tank operations.
• Supporting LEAN, Six Sigma, and Maintenance Excellence initiatives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent skills, experience, or training.
• Bring 0-2 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Possess basic computer skills and the ability to use measurement and label-making equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Are comfortable using test equipment like Starett Gauge, Mitutoyo Gauge, and microscope.
• Are able to consistently meet work performance targets and comply with safety procedures, including PPE usage.
• Are eager to learn and support continuous improvement initiatives.
