Lead Developmental Specialist

Capability Health & Human Services seeks a Lead Developmental Specialist to guide high-quality services for children and adults with disabilities. In this field-based role, you’ll conduct assessments, design individualized plans, and deliver hands-on interventions that build functional, communication, and social skills. You’ll coach families and caregivers, collaborate with therapists and healthcare providers, and mentor staff to ensure consistent, client-centered care. This position supports our mission of inclusion, dignity, and empowerment while offering meaningful impact and opportunities for professional growth in Nevada communities.
