What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities in a safe, respectful, home‐like setting
• Support personal care, hygiene, meals, and routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individual care plans and documentation requirements
• Work as part of a supportive, team‐oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient individuals
• A genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
• Prior caregiving experience, including work with residents who have high medical needs and complex care requirements
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) experience or background strongly preferred
• Prior caregiving experience is helpful, and we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong foundational skills and compassion
