International Affairs Full-time / Intern / Part-time

1.Nationality & Background European nationality;Austrian or German speaking background is preferred. 2.Language Skills

• Fluent English, able to work in English
• Basic Chinese communication skills are a plus
• Proficiency in German is preferred, capable of conducting basic business communication in German independently

3.Experience & Competencies

• Current students or candidates with relevant internship / part-time experience are welcome -Experience in foreign affairs reception or business support is a plus
• High-cross cultural sensitivity, strong service mindset, flexible and detail-minded

Proficient in MS Office; able to draft documents and organize materials independently 4.Others Flexible working hours, able to support ad hoc tasks and short term business trips; strong interest in industrial park operations and international investment promotion is preferred. 1.Official Relations Management Liaise with the Consulate General of Austria in Shanghai and European business institutions, support visitor reception, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on related matters to ensure efficient and professional communication. 2.Investment Promotion Support Participate in the park's European investment promotion activities, translate, proofread and standardize bilingual materials to enhance the professionalism of external communications. 3.Cross-Cultural Communication support Serve as the park's international service interface, assist Chinese and foreign enterprises with daily language support, and facilitate smooth cooperation. 4.Event Execution Support the planning and on site execution of international exchange events, provide multilingual support, and ensure high-quality event delivery.
