Cut your commute and start your sales prospecting from home! Now hiring a Residential Sales Representative to sell our services in the Cincinnati, Milford, Blue Ash, Montgomery and Loveland service areas. No pest control experience necessary --we train you for your pest services sales career!

We Offer…

• Competitive salary and uncapped commissions —We start you at a training salary of $2,000 per biweekly pay period for up to 12 weeks. Upon successful completion of training your base salary range is $36,000 to $42,000 and you can earn well over $100,000 annually in salary plus uncapped sales commissions;

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2 years minimum creative sales experience
• 2 years Sales experience in home services is preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Working Environment:

• Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
• Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces
• Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training
• Must maintain valid driver's license through life of employment
