Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation

Position Summary Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time, Day shift (6:45am‑7:15pm). Sign‑on bonus of $20,000. Location: Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital, Austin, Texas. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination. Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Work cooperatively and actively participate with other members of the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred. Minimum of one year RN experience; six months of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
