Our mission is to create a vibrant, inclusive, and health-focused community for members of all ages. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a smooth and positive experience upon arrival. Your responsibilities will include assisting with check-ins, answering general inquiries, and promoting a friendly environment that encourages wellness and community engagement. At a glance Title Customer Experience Associate Location RacFit - Buda, Texas Reports to Ownership Team Type Part-time What you’ll do. Members & guests Greet all members and guests with a positive, friendly attitude as they enter the club. Assist with member check-ins and provide accurate information regarding membership policies, amenities, and available services. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding club hours, classes, and special events. Assist with new member orientations and tours of the facility. Promote upcoming events, promotions, and programs to enhance member engagement. The front desk Monitor member access, ensuring safety and compliance with club policies. Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials. Assist with inventory control. Folding and stocking towels throughout the facility. Complete daily task list and/or closing checklist. The team Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere throughout the club. Report any member concerns or facility issues to management promptly. Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members. Physical requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to move around the facility and assist members as needed. Light lifting of promotional materials or equipment may be required. Qualifications What we’re looking for. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Scheduling flexibility, including willingness to work primarily weekends and occasional holidays. Previous customer service or front desk experience. Familiarity with membership management systems.
