Our Ideal Candidate 

We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional who is eager to grow, dedicated to providing exceptional client care, and excited to advance in their veterinary career. This includes:

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible for licensure in Tennessee
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong passion for veterinary medicine, with a focus on delivering compassionate care
  • Interest in learning and expanding knowledge, especially in areas like surgery or exotics
  • Ability to work well with clients and provide top-notch service
  • Willingness to adapt and integrate new ideas and techniques into practice
  • Open to mentorship and committed to ongoing professional development
