What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests thrive.
- Lead daily front and back-of-house operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members
- Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and operational excellence
- Manage P&L performance, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and recognition
- Lead from the floor, solve challenges in real time, and create memorable guest experiences
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Proven experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, and restaurant operations
- Calm, confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience
- A leader who takes ownership and enjoys developing people
- Base Salary up to $75,000 (based on experience)
