New Grads Welcome-weekend shifts are an excellent opportunity for new graduates. The higher patient volume provides valuable hands‑on experience and helps build the confidence and critical thinking skills needed to make quick, effective clinical decisions in a fast‑paced environment. If you have Pediatric Primary Care experience and want a Saturday/Sunday schedule, we are game for an experienced part‑timer! We love weekend warriors! Full‑time status with competitive pay of $105,000 — $120,000+ (based on experience – let’s chat!) Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PLUS two flexible weekday shifts based on clinical needs-could be at different clinics in the OKC metro but will be a set schedule. ***this is not a forever schedule, Providers can plan to be in this schedule for 18-24 months then will transition to a weekday schedule if preferred!
