Hospice RN Case Manager — Flexible Hours & 1:1 Patient Care

Ohio Valley Hospice, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an experienced RN Case Manager in Cincinnati, OH to deliver patient‑centered hospice care. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, and support families in challenging times. Ideal candidates hold an RN license in Ohio with at least one year of nursing experience; hospice exposure is preferred.
