Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee various water and wastewater projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.


Your key responsibilities will include preparing and managing project proposals, conducting feasibility studies, and developing detailed project plans. You will supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring that all work aligns with industry standards and best practices. Additionally, you will be accountable for risk management, identifying potential issues, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will represent the organization in client meetings and public forums.


The successful candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater project management. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. You should possess solid technical knowledge of water and wastewater systems, as well as proficiency in project management software.
