Entry Level Assembler

This role focuses on the first assembly of high-end office furniture using a variety of woodworking tools and equipment. You will build and assemble wood products from start to finish, following blueprints and production specifications while maintaining high quality standards in a modern, well-organized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform first assembly of high-end office furniture and wood products according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Use various hand and power tools to build and assemble wood components accurately and efficiently.
• Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, band saws, and miter saws to cut and shape wood materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tape measurements to ensure precise cuts, fits, and assemblies.
• Perform custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, and general woodworking tasks as required by production needs.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for precise measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a production, construction, or woodworking environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
