As a Machine Operator , you play a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that materials and products are properly manufactured to meet quality and production standards. Skills: The Machine Operator utilizes technical skills to operate and adjust complex machinery, ensuring products meet precise specifications. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-year previous experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment is required. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment manuals. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required. Fluency in English is required. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in industrial equipment operation or manufacturing processes.
