As an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge IV therapies that empower our clients to achieve their health goals. What you’ll do: Assist with consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend personalized IV therapy plans. Prepare and administer a variety of IV infusions safely and efficiently, following strict protocols. Monitor patients during IV infusion and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to strict safety standards. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service. Continue to improve clinic performance, including client retention, membership growth, and revenue goals. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IV therapy and participate in ongoing training. Who you are: Paramedic (NRP) with a valid Arizona license. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with IV therapy administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a commitment to accuracy and safety. Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
