Express Employment Professionals is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Aerospace Quality Control Inspector for a position in Covina, CA. The ideal candidate will ensure that aerospace components and assemblies consistently meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting compliance with industry requirements and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Quality Control Inspector

Location: Covina, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect aerospace parts and assemblies for compliance with specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other instruments
• Review blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure accuracy
• Document inspection results and maintain thorough quality records
• Identify non-conforming parts and collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to AS9100, ISO, and FAA standards, as applicable
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection workspace

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in aerospace or advanced manufacturing
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100 preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications a plus
