Licensed Therapist (MA)

Offering a flexible hybrid schedule, the full-time Licensed Therapist (MA) will provide outpatient mental health services, including telehealth, while managing a diverse client caseload and participating in weekly case consultations. Key responsibilities Provide therapeutic services to clients in an outpatient setting, focusing on evidence-based treatment Participate in weekly case consultations and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using an EMR system Required qualifications Active licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT Experience in providing outpatient mental health therapy Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital health services
