Store Manager - Full Time

This role oversees all store operations, focusing on effective staffing, training, and management of employees to ensure smooth daily functions and adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities Include Recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified staff in compliance with laws and policies. Providing training, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee development needs. Managing store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and operational efficiency. Analyzing financial and sales data to identify business trends and opportunities for improvement. Ordering merchandise to meet stock targets, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring proper presentation. Maintaining accurate inventory levels, controlling damages and markdowns, and ensuring cash handling security. Leading customer service efforts and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment. Ensuring compliance with policies, completing documentation, and maintaining store tools and equipment. Qualifications Include Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory practices, and merchandising standards. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff, with a preference for retail management experience. Legal compliance awareness in employment practices. Physical requirements: Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing.
